One of the longest beaches in Ireland and certainly the best northerly facing beach, that’s Benone.
Situated between Colraine and Limavady with Magiligan point and Lough Foyle on it’s western side Benone is surrounded by stunning scenery and on it’s Eastern end it is watched over by the Bishops Palace and Temple on a high sea cliff.
The IPKSA are frequent visitors to Benone and on Sat Jan 31st and Sunday 1st Feb they return for some training racing and fun.
Saturday is all about training and introducing new people to the sports of kite Buggying and mini Sandyachting, banter and fun on the beach whereas Sunday is the National Race series.
Come along and join in or perhaps try it out for the first time, just wrap up warm and introduce yourself to the beach team.
Saturday and Sunday from 9.30 am
